In the business field, MBTI Personality Type Instrument is a very famous tool for team building and conflict management, with more than 2 million people taking it annually. MBTI typology classifies people into 16 types by 4 dichromatic preference-pairs:

1. Extraversion (E) – Introversion (I)
2. Sensing (S) – Intuition (N)
3. Thinking (T) – Feeling (F)
4. Judging (J) – Perceiving (P)

The official instruments can only be administrated by qualified administrators because unqualified administrators may interpret the results wrongly and deliver a wrong message to the audiences.
